Verdacity is seeking an experienced candidate that is interested in a long-term commitment to the field of building science. A desire to work daily applying green building rating system criteria is required. The position entails critical review of construction documents and product submittals, and preparation of calculations and reports using CAD/Excel/Adobe/Word and other proprietary software. The successful candidate will be detail oriented, possess good written and graphic communication skills, is self-motivated and able to collaborate in a remote environment.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience post-professional degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management is required. Professional credentials such as LEED AP, LEED Green Associate, WELL AP, CDT, BEMP, CEM, Green Globes Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional are desired.
