Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or candidates with several years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field. The Technical Specialist will support project delivery through technical analysis, documentation, coordination, and communication, working closely with senior staff in a collaborative, fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery and material submittal reviews

  • Track construction progress and prepare project status reports

  • Prepare project deliverables using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe InDesign, and Acrobat

  • Conduct technical evaluations and collaborate closely with supervisors and project teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Planning, or Environmental Sustainability

  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate in a fully remote environment (New Mexico-based)

  • Ability to qualify for government clearance for federal work

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LEED, Green Globes, WELL, or other sustainability frameworks

  • Experience with the construction submittal process

  • Green building credentials (LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, WELL AP, etc.)

  • Understanding of building science principles applied to architecture, engineering, and construction
