University of New Mexico McKinnon Center for Management.
The McKinnon Center for Management is an academic building for the University of New Mexico's Anderson School of Management and is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The University's goal was to create a modern facility that supports learning, collaboration, and long-term program growth. The 60,727 SF, four-story facility includes classrooms, student study rooms, advising and career services offices, an innovation center, marketing, behavioral and computer laboratories, and faculty offices. The project achieved LEED Gold certification

HEALTHCARE

UNMH Critical Care Tower - Verdacity Usage - Matt O.jpg
UNMH Critical Care Tower

The University of New Mexico Hospital Critical Care Tower is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility located on the UNM Health Sciences Campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Designed to expand critical care capacity and support New Mexico's only Level I Trauma Center, the approximately 684,000 SF tower provides advanced patient care in a resilient, high-performance environment. The facility includes 192 patient beds, 96 intensive care beds, an expanded emergency department, 18 operating rooms, advanced imaging services, and healthcare education spaces. In 2025, the project achieved LEED v4 Gold certification, becoming New Mexico's first LEED v4 Gold-certified healthcare facility.

K-12 EDUCATION

Sierra Vista Elementary School
The Sierra Vista Elementary School Classroom Block is an educational facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Developed to support Albuquerque Public Schools' growing educational needs, the project provides modern classroom environments designed to enhance student learning while promoting sustainability and resource efficiency. The facility incorporates high-performance building systems and water-efficient features that conserve nearly 400,000 gallons of potable water annually. In 2025, the project received an AIA Albuquerque Citation Award and achieved LEED v4 Silver certification, becoming the 12th project in New Mexico to earn LEED v4 BD+C Schools certification.

Sandia National Laboratories 
LEED v4 Campus Certification

This effort not only resulted in a campus-wide sustainable design/construction/operation manual for Sandia Labs, but it’s also an ongoing cultural guidance program that encompasses over 1,200 acres and 13,000 employees in two states. The project received a USGBC Health Leadership Award in 2019, and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Sequoia Award for sustainability leadership in 2018.

Bernalillo County Alvarado Square

Bernalillo County’s consolidation and relocation of multiple offices and departments into a single 300,000sf facility at Alvarado Square in Downtown Albuquerque gave them the opportunity to implement sustainability and employee wellbeing strategies. The project included renovation to the existing 280,000sf, 8-story building and additional 20,000sf of new construction to accommodate over 2,500 employees and create a central operations hub for the entire County government. It achieved a 2-Star Fitwel Rating in 2021, as well as NAIOP New Mexico's Eagle Award for Community Projects over 100,000sf.

Oklahoma National Guard Wellness Center 
The Oklahoma National Guard Wellness Center is a 34,790 SF health and wellness facility located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Developed to support service members through a variety of physical and mental health programs, the facility provides spaces dedicated to fitness, rehabilitation, behavioral health, and overall well-being. Designed to promote occupant health, resilience, and high-performance building operations, the project achieved LEED Gold certification and is targeting WELL Gold Certification, reinforcing the Oklahoma National Guard's commitment to sustainable design and healthy environments.
